Please Note :

On the occasion of Diwali on 18th October 2017 both the High commission of India and BLS International Services in Singapore will remain closed and resume to work on 19th October 2017.

The PIO card scheme has been withdrawn. Also, the International Civil Aviation Organisation will accept only machine readable travel documents w.e.f. October 2018. The PIO cards being handwritten documents, will become invalid travel documents w.e.f. this date. All PIO card holders are, therefore, required to convert it to OCI card at the earliest. The conversion is available free of cost till December 29, 2017.

On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanthi on 2nd October 2017 both the High commission of India and BLS International Services in singapore will remain closed and resume to work on 03rd October 2017.

PIO to OCI Conversion has been extended & BLS will accept PIO to OCI Conversion till 29th Dec 2017. On & From 30th Dec 2017, applicant would need to apply at High Commission of India directly.

3rd International Day of Yoga

Transfer of visa is temporarily suspended. Applicants intending to travel to India have to apply for new visa.

On account of Labour Day - 01 May 2017, Buddha Purnima - 10 May 2017 , High Commission of India and its service provider BLS International Services will remain closed

All Visa applicants will have to record their Biometrics at the time of submission of their visa applications, with immediate effect. Hence Visa applicants should personally come for Submission.

Crime Advisory

We have received a case of victim who received phone call from number + 65 31631505 in the name of BLS International mentioning a very high amount of Visa Fees for processing Visa Application. They refer to BLS Singapore Website to gain confidence.

Applicants are requested to ignore such calls and not to make any Visa Fee Transaction Online. If you have any queries you many please write to us on

Effective from August 1, 2016 applications for passport under 'Tatkal' scheme and those in lieu of Lost/Damaged passports would be accepted through BLS only and not at the High Commission. However, visitors who lost/damaged their passports may directly approach the High Commission.

EAM's Message on Passport Seva Divas

Effective from 28 May 2016 BLS International remains closed on all Saturdays. Sundays exclusively open only for Singapore Work Permit Holders from 04 June 2016

Submission & Collection :

  • Only Applicants are allowed inside the Application Center for the Submission of Applications for Passport /Visa /Consular. Please refrain from bringing friends/ colleagues / family members or any third party who do not avail service .
  • For Minor applications, the child can be accompanied by only one of the parent
  • iPhysical Presence of Applicant aged 5 and above is mandatory for passport and consular submission
  • Physical presence of Applicant aged 12 to 70 is mandatory for visa submission
  • All fee is to be paid in cash only.
  • For collection of documents and passports physical receipt is mandatory. Only applicant are allowed for collection​.
